Withdrawing Funds Back to Your Wallet
Withdrawals go back to the same wallet type you deposited with — bKash to bKash, Nagad to Nagad, Rocket to Rocket. Head to the cashier, switch to the withdrawal tab, and enter the amount you want to move. You'll be asked to confirm your registered wallet number; double-check this matches your actual wallet before submitting. If your account hasn't been verified yet,
the system will prompt you to complete that step before the withdrawal processes. We don't invent a fixed payout window, but wallet transfers typically move once your verification status is clear and the request passes our standard account check.
- Go to withdrawal tab — In the cashier, select the withdrawal tab. Your available balance shows at the top of the form.
- Choose your wallet — Select bKash, Nagad or Rocket — it must match the wallet you used to deposit into this account.
- Enter amount and wallet number — Type the amount and confirm your registered wallet number. A mismatch will pause the request for a check.
- Verification check — If your KYC is complete, the withdrawal moves to processing. Incomplete verification will prompt you to finish it first.
